The YGSBL League has had to change a few things in order to be able to have our league run in as safe manner for our Athletes, Coaches, Refs and league personal. In order to have our league this year we had to follow the Waukesha School District guidelines and protocols as the High Schools teams..

-Coaches, players, parents, Refs and Staff will enter at the normal gymnasium entrance at the 2 doors labeled gym entrance.

-Doors will open 25 minutes before the scheduled game time.

-Inside will be checkin tables , at them they will be checking temperature of everyone entering the building (must be under 100 degrees, will try for another temp if to high a few minutes later) if temperature reads over 100 degrees you will not be allowed entry.

-You will need to show your parent pass to get into the building. First week you will be given a pass that you will take with you to use the rest of the year. If you lose it or forget it we will NOT issue another pass. If you don’t make it to the first game we will give to your coach to hand out later. Every player will get one parent pass and each team will get 2 coaches pass.

-WE WILL CHARGE $3 fee for every week. The 2 coaches will get in free (3rd coach will that uses parent pass and will have to pay to get in).

-After your temperature is taken (paid addmission) everyone will be led into the cafeteria for holding. Teams (parents) will have a spot and wait until they are called into the gym (unless first games of the day). Players can change into basketball shoes, ABSOLUTELY NO BALL HANDLING in the cafeteria!!

-ALL parents will be seated in benches on the same side of the court as the team bench.

-Garbage cans will be at both teams bench on every court.

-Score tables will have hand sanitizer for the player entering the game to use.

-We ask that each team will supplies one parent for each game toe either due the scorebook or scoreboard. We will not issue a pass just for someone to do this.

-We will to wipe down the ball periodically during the game with disinfecting wipes.

-We will not have concessions at this time, but we do have a touch less bubbler to fill water bottles. Each player will need to bring their own water bottle.

-Teams will be responsible to clean up bench area before leaving.

-Teams will exit the Northeast gym doors that exit out into the hallway, which will lead to the exit to leave the building (which leads to the East parking lot).

-Teams will not be aloud to sit around after to discuss the games. PLEASE save that for the next practice.

MASKS WILL NEED TO WORN BY ALL PLAYERS, COACHES, STAFF AND SPECTATORS. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING WITH OUT A MASK.
